My name is James Sadoh. I am the Managing Director director at Hodas Global Limited, a management and business consulting firm.
I am a multi-skilled professional who has had a strong career emphasis in financial services, with over two decades of providing excellent solutions to complex financial requests, in areas including but not limited to project finance, management, sales, corporate finance, mortgage finance and contract negotiations.
I am quick to grasp and understand complex needs of clients and through experience, connect the missing dots by analyzing the issues and bringing solutions to the table. I’ll be working with my team of experienced Financial Engineers to bring well rounded solutions. There is no cookie cutter solution here; our desire for resolving complex issues, ensures that we clearly understand each client’s needs and requirements and is the basis for the solutions and recommendations we provide. Our aim is to ensure, in addition, that our solutions are viable to our clients.
Through varied experience, I have developed my passion of facilitating and being a door opener, taking on every challenge with a winning spirit, to bring innovative solutions. I am a team player, an excellent communicator with great negotiation and interpersonal skills.
I majored in BA Philosophy pre-law and minored in Business Administration at Saint Bonaventure University in New York. One of my key values is a high level of integrity which reflects in all aspects of my work life and Hodas Global Limited. When I am not working, I spend my time with the important people in my life

My name is James a seasoned and experienced Sales and Customer Success Executive, with a wealth of knowledge in client management, account management, C-Suite negotiation, consultative selling and currency trading.
As a sales professional I do not focus on trying to sell products and services, but rather on meeting the clients’ needs. Through inquisitive questioning and active listening, I help our clients get from problem to solution in the most efficient and effective way possible.
I am a proven problem solver and have a passion for learning and understanding the world around me.

I am a career technologist, with a background in Cloud Platform management and ownership, technology strategy and software consultancy from retail IT, to financial systems. I have a passion for addressing challenges with dynamic and interesting use of software.
